At Eastern Caravans, we can offer the following

» General Servicing

We recommend you get your caravan serviced yearly or every 10,000 kilometres.  We offer single axle or dual axle repairs on a range of caravans.   Our service includes over 40 items on our checklist, including the following main items:

  • Wheels, brakes and bearings stripped, checked and serviced.
  • Tyres and wheels inspected for wear and cracking.
  • Tyre pressures checked and corrected.
  • Wheel nuts inspected, tightened, and threads relubricated.
  • Brake linings inspected and adjusted to suit.
  • Brake magnets inspected for wear.
  • Hubs inspected for wear.
  • Coupling bolts inspected and lubricated.
  • Corner jacks properly lubricated.
  • Check suspension mounts. Lubricate shackle bolts if applicable.
  • External lights and wiring connections inspected.
  • Handbrake cable checked and adjusted if necessary.
 

» Insurance Repairs

We understand that it is a very stressful time if you have had an accident.  We can make the process very easy by dealing direct with your insurance company.  Eastern Caravans is an approved repairer with all major insurance companies and can get you back on the road as soon as possible.

We can repair caravans that have hail damage, side wall damage, chassis damage, internal damage or damage to awnings, plus any other repairs.

Simply contact us with your claim number, deliver your caravan to us, and we can arrange the repairs for you.  We will stay in touch with you with regular updates on the repair, and make sure your van is returned in perfect condition!

 

» Accessories

Eastern Caravans can sell any type of caravan accessory, including caravan covers, floor mats, solar panels, generators, and any type of accessory required for your caravan at discount rates.

» Repairs & Upgrades

We can assist you with any upgrades or repairs required for your caravan, including solar panels, diesel heaters, air conditioning, fridge repairs, TV aerials, grey water tanks, dual batteries, jockey wheels, access doors and many more.   We offer an obligation free quote on any repairs or upgrade to your caravan.

» Wheels & Tyres

Worried you might need new tyres?  It’s worth getting them looked at before your holiday.  We offer a free tyre assessment and can fit any tyres that are required including a wheel alignment.

» Side Damage Repairs

Sometimes accidents happen… we can repair any fibreglass or aluminium side wall damage. Eastern Caravans can also arrange these repairs through your insurance company if required.

» Interior Damage Repairs

We have the expertise to repair any damage on the interior of your caravan, including water damage, damaged or broken cupboards or drawers, tap fittings, or resealing.

» Awning Repairs & Replacement

Awning damage is unfortunately the most common repair required on a caravan.  We can arrange a replacement awning if required or hardware replacement.  Our team will assess the damage and can provide the most cost effective repair for you.
